BFCC won the toss and elected to field first.  Haris Imtiaz and Sohail Rehmani opened to face Mirza Mohammad and Waseem Khan.  Mirza who devastated the Chicago Kings's batting performance through his usual accuracy provided the break through on the second ball of the inning when Haris (0) charged him and mis-timed the shot to mid-off to find Arif Mahmood's crazy grip who doesn't drop many.  Hasan Bakhshi came in next and showed patience and ability to concentrate on singles and doubles but both Mirza and Waseem put tremendous pressure on Sohail and Hasan.  Sohail's desperation was obvious since he gave up his attempts at slogging to Mirza and Waseem early in the innings and Hasan was feeling a bit of urgency to raise the run-rate since Villa Park was just 39 in 11 overs.  One of the star of the inning is Owais Badla who killed Villa Park's lingering hopes for big score through his pace and line.  On his first delivery of the second over he got Hasan (11) bowled and followed up to get Taha Baggia (17) whom he simply frustrated enough to get him bowled.  Villa Park were in real trouble now with their 4 top order batsmen back to the pavilion.  Uzair Ali (51) came to replace Sohail who fell rather miserably to Aamir Ansari trying to flap on the mid-wicket.  Uzair and Fawad Agha (10) stayed on for a much needed 23 runs partnership when Fawad went for a maximum on Haris Bin Aziz's off-spin and found Arif under the ball who took a great catch to send Fawad to his team-mates.  Uzair, also rushing a few times, scored good shots and kept the score moving.  Both Zeyad Imtiaz (12) and Shuaib Jilani (15) helped Uzair and Villa Park looked to grab at least a decent score to fight under their belt.  Bright Future had to chase 175 in 30 overs.  ah yes, Almost forgot, Arif took another remarkable catch on the straight boundary line to end Uzair's beautiful inning of 51.  And Haris bowled his typical spell and picked 4 crucial wickets to restrict Villa Park to just 174.

Villa Park had a daunting task on their hand to defend just under 6 rpo on a ground where BFCC chased 7.5 rpo against West Chicago under 25 overs.  Waseem Khan (61) and Omer Khan (40) opened to face Shuaib Jilani and Fawad Agha.  None of these batsmen require an introduction to how they bat when in the form and we witnessed that today.  Waseem amused everyone through his eye-catching shots 360^o in the ground while Omer played a sensible captain's inning to build first 100 runs first wicket partnership.  The highlight of their partnership must be their ability to frustrate the hell out of Villa Park's bowling and fielding through their quick running across the wickets.  Countless times both Waseem and Omer picked singles that usually shouldn't' be singles, doubles that ought to be singles, and triples that are really just doubles.  Zeyad Imtiaz was the most economical bowler who picked up the first wicket of Waseem (LBW) at 113 under 15 overs.  Omer Khan was the next batsman to be bowled again by Zeyad at 118.  At the dismissal of Waseem, we finally saw Taha Baggia who got Umair Khan (1) and stopped the inevitable for few more overs.  Arif Hockla (17) was caught by Haris and Haris Bin Aziz (1) couldn't work his bowling magic and Zeyad took a good catch to end his inning.  Aamir Ansari (16 N.O.) and Mirza Mohammad (13 N.O.) finished the inning in 24th over.

Haris Bin Aziz is awarded the Man of the Match for picking 4 wickets.  Best Bowler award goes to Haris Bin Aziz, Best Batsman award goes to Waseem Khan (61) and best fielder award goes to Arif Mahmood for 3 catches.

BFCC won another comprehensive victory against Villa Park.  We hope to see Villa Park in the play-offs and further hope to play another game yet this year.  Good luck Villa Park and great job Bright Future.  Bright Future is scheduled to play Windy City on Sunday July 8th in the morning at Carol Stream ground.
